Belgrave and Rusheymead beat team update

Alert message sent 20/05/2020 09:12:00

Information sent on behalf of Leicestershire Police

Hello everyone,

I wanted to make contact with everyone who has signed up for neighborhood link and update you on a couple of the things we've been up to recently. Obviously a lot of our time has currently been taken up by dealing with Covid-19, however we've still been busy in other areas, and I wanted to share these with you.

You'll find attached a photo from the 10th of may in which we seized cars causing ASB in the St Marks estate, they were already doing things they shouldn’t, and with Covid-19 there are even more reasons, it's fair to say they weren't happy with their cars being taken, and they were given strong words of advice regarding social distancing.

The second attached photo is from the 13th of May, and is of a warrant executed on the Belgrave area. It took weeks of intel development and planning, and on the day we had a brilliant result!

To keep up to date with more of what we get up to as a beat team please follow us on facebook, you can find us at Belgrave and Rushey Mead Police https://www.facebook.com/LPBelgraveRushey/

Thankyou,

PCSO Dan Smith 6543
