Alert message sent 03/05/2020 12:25:00

Information sent on behalf of Leicestershire Police

Dear Members of Wigston

Hope everyone is staying well. It has come to my attention that there has been another spate of criminal damages to windscreen wipers on vehicles by bending it over. There has also been a case where flowers have been dug up and then posted through the occupants letterbox. This was reported on Saturday 2nd May 2020 between 03:00-04:00 hrs in the morning.

The streets that we have had the reports are as follows:

Seaton Road
Honiton Close
Laverstock Road
Taunton Close

All of these streets are within close proximity and I am asking if anyone has seen or heard a group loitering around during the night and have CCTV to please contact us with any footage to help us ID them.

Please email us on NABeat54@leicestershire.pnn.police.uk with your CCTV images. Otherwise reply us and I can come to you to get the CCTV.

Stay Safe and Stay Well. If you see something, Say Something and Report it.
