Vehicles damaged in Birstall and motorbike stolen

Alert message sent 06/01/2020 09:42:00

Information sent on behalf of Leicestershire Police

Dear All,

Overnight, between the 3/1/20 and the 4/1/20 we had 4 reports of vehicles being damaged on Hallam Fields Road in Birstall. 3 of the vehicles had their bodywork scratched and the 4th vehicle had a wing mirror broken off. If you have any information about who was responsible please contact us via 101 or via the Leicestershire Police website, and if you see any people acting suspiciously round vehicles late at night, please let us know.
Between the 4/1/20 and the 5/1/20 a silver 2007 model Yamaha motorbike was also stolen from Wanlip Lane. If you own a motorbike, please ensure it is secured when not in use and if possible, keep it in a garage or locked shed. Many thanks.

The Birstall & Wanlip Policing Team.
