Dear Members of South Leicester

Hope you are all fine. There was a Burglary at an address on Knighton Lane East just opposite the Jonathon North College. This occurred on Wednesday 11th Sept 2019 between 08:45 - 10:25. Unfortunately a number of valuable items were stolen from the address and hoping if you were in the area during this time to contact us with any information. Please let us know either by replying back to this message or phone 101 and quote crime reference 19000484778. You can also provide us with information anonymously by calling crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

There was also a break at a commercial premises on Swinford Avenue in Eyres Monsell. A quantity of stock from the premises was stolen. This occurred on Tuesday 10th Sept 2019 about 01:30am. If you are local in that area and was woken up by the alarm or something during the night then please get in contact quoting crime reference 19000481831.

You will notice that your local officers will be at Wigston Bull Head Street and Oadby Parade area to sign people up on neighbourhood Link and supplying items such as 24hr Segment timers and selectaDNA kits to our communities. So if you see officers in the area please come over and speak to us.
