Information sent on behalf of Leicestershire Police

Good afternoon

Do you, a family member, friend or neighbour have a mental or physical health condition?

Do you, a family member, friend or neighbour have any vulnerabilities and live alone?

or are you simply concerned about someone and how they would receive the correct help in an emergency?

Message in a bottle is a simple but effective way to keep emergency medical and contact details where they can be found easily and quickly by the responding sevices.

Follow the four simple steps:

1 - fill in your details
2 - place the bottle in the fridge
3 - place one sticker on the outside of the fridge
4 - place the other sticker on the rear of your front door.

Bottles can be collected from any Leicestershire Police Station during opening hours.
