Hate Crime

Dear South Leicester Residents.

You are receiving the following message as you are a resident living on the area covered by the Clarendon Police beat team.

🧡✨ HATE CRIME AWARENESS WEEK | CLARENDON BEAT ✨🧡

🌍🤝 Here on the Clarendon Beat, we are proud to serve a diverse community where everyone should feel safe, respected, and valued. ❤️

🚫 Hate has no place in our neighbourhoods.

During Hate Crime Awareness Week, we're encouraging residents to learn more about hate crime and to speak up if they experience or witness it.

👥 A hate crime is any criminal offence motivated by hostility or prejudice towards a person's: 🔹 Race 🔹 Religion 🔹 Disability 🔹 Sexual Orientation 🔹 Transgender Identity

💬 Hate incidents can also cause significant harm and should be reported.

🧡 Nobody should have to face: ❌ Abuse ❌ Intimidation ❌ Harassment ❌ Discrimination

📞 By reporting hate crime, you can help: ✅ Support victims ✅ Prevent further offences ✅ Bring offenders to justice ✅ Make our communities safer for everyone

🌟 Together, we can create a community built on kindness, understanding, and respect.

🤲 Let's stand together against hate and support one another.

💛 If you see it, hear it, or experience it, please report it.
