This evening, I had the pleasure of chairing a multi-agency meeting at The Hub to discuss the ongoing issues surrounding vehicle-related anti-social behaviour in the village.
To say the meeting was successful would be an understatement. We are now gaining real momentum and making significant progress towards developing long-term, sustainable solutions to address these concerns.
I appreciate that some members of the public may feel they should have been present at the meeting. However, certain discussions need to take place between partner agencies to allow sensitive information and data to be discussed appropriately.
That said, transparency remains important. I will be publishing a public version of the meeting minutes so that residents can remain informed about the work being undertaken and the progress being made.
We will also be exploring opportunities to invite members of the public to future meetings. This will enable us to hear directly from those affected, gain valuable local insight, and ensure residents have the opportunity to raise the issues that matter most to them.
Please keep an eye on this page for further updates. I will share the public version of the minutes as soon as they are available.
