Community Engagements on the Valley Beat |
||
|
Dear Members,
Hope you are enjoying this glorious weather.
Just a quick update on what I have been up to recently.
On Saturday, I attended the Breedon Open Gardens. I greatly value opportunities such as this, which provide a relaxed and welcoming environment to engage with residents. The gardens were beautifully presented, and it was a pleasure to speak with members of the community and gain insight into local matters. I would like to extend my thanks to everyone who took the time to speak with me, as well as to the organisers for delivering such a successful event.
Today, I attended a patch walk in Hemington, arranged by North West Leicestershire District Council. I was joined by Housing Officer Pragna Patel, Carol Sewell (District Councillor for Daleacre Hill), and other representatives from NWLDC.
This provided a valuable opportunity to walk the area collaboratively, discuss local issues, and reinforce the importance of building positive relationships through effective multi-agency working. Such partnership working plays a key role in supporting and addressing the needs of the community.
I have plenty more engagement events coming up, these details are featured in the July Newsletter. Alternatively, please visit Leicestershire Police website for more information.
Regards
PCSO Nicola Russell
