Week in Review

It’s been a warm ☀️ and very busy week for the Belgrave Neighbourhood Policing Team!

We’ve been working hard across the area to keep our community safe, visible, and supported. Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve been up to:

🚓 Operational Support

Our officers have been assisting response teams on 999 emergency calls, ensuring fast and effective support where it’s needed most.

👋 Community Engagement

We’ve spent plenty of time out and about speaking with residents, building relationships, and listening to community concerns.

👮‍♂️ High-Visibility Patrols

Targeted patrols have taken place in hotspot areas, helping to deter crime and provide reassurance.

🛡️ Safeguarding Work

Protecting vulnerable members of our community remains a top priority, with officers actively carrying out safeguarding actions.

🏬 Supporting Local Businesses

We’ve been visiting and connecting with businesses along the Golden Mile, strengthening partnerships and offering advice and support.

💬 Victim Support

Our team has been speaking with victims of crime, ensuring they receive the help, guidance, and reassurance they need.

🔥 Incident Assistance

Officers assisted with fire scene preservation in Thurmaston, supporting partner agencies during an important incident.
