We will have our crime prevention stall at the Burbage Congregational Church, 10a Church Street LE102DD on Saturday 6th of June from around 09:30-12:00. Items such as window alarms, cactus spikes, PIR alarms and RFID wallets will be available (sold at cost). Please pop by and take a look as we head towards the main holidays where reports of residential burglary and car theft can increase.
We also deal with a wide range of resident concerns from safeguarding, crime reduction to subjects such as sextortion. Please take a look at the Report Fraud website where you can find a range of online issues that you may find useful and to ensure you do not fall victim to these types of crime. Crime prevention and issues to be aware of
We regularly receive reports of abandoned vehicles which cause irritation and inconvenience to residents and visitors to the area. Businesses such as local garages can really add to the issues in Burbage and we work with HBBC to address any abuse by businesses that are using public roads as a car lot. You can report abandoned vehicles here. Report an abandoned vehicle | How to report an abandoned vehicle | Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council

We are holding our next beat surgery at the SPAR on Lutterworth Road on Tuesday 16th of June where I will hopefully be accompanied by a representative from the RCC, Neighbourhood mental health team. Please pop by and have a chat. We will be there from around 15:00-16:30. “Drop-in support for when you are struggling”.
Thank you and take care.
