 City Centre Weekly Round Up 

It’s been another busy week for the team 

 Sgt Zane, PCs Tom & Ellis have successfully completed their public order refresher training, ensuring they are fully prepared to support upcoming events and increased summer demand
 

 Proactive patrols in Town Hall Square continue to tackle ASB, with 8 stop searches carried out and drugs recovered, helping to deter further offending and keep the area safe
 

 PCSO Tim showed great initiative by detaining a shoplifter who attempted to flee a store on Gallowtree Gate, with the individual dealt with swiftly by way of a community resolution
 

 Another deployment of Operation Pedalfast has seen continued action against illegal vehicle use, resulting in 12 vehicles seized and 4 arrests made
 

 PC Ellis has been working closely with student accommodation on Bath Lane, providing reassurance and support following a recent incident involving residents
 

 PCSOs Jane & Hannah engaged with the public at a bike marking event in Town Hall Square, promoting crime prevention and helping residents protect their property
 

 PCs Ellis & Tom assisted Leicester Fire & Rescue Service at a shop fire on Market Place, supporting emergency response efforts and ensuring public safety
 

 PCSO Tim has also been proactively identifying wanted individuals in the City Centre, with this work leading to multiple arrests and removing offenders from the streets
