Officers from the #ValleyBeatTeam have been out today with colleagues from Futures Housing Group, carrying out visits following reports of a strong smell of cannabis on Wheatcroft Lane in Castle Donington.
This smell has been affecting nearby residents and can even be detected at a local nursery. Tenancy action is now being considered.
This is a great example of different agencies working together to tackle anti‑social behaviour head‑on, ensuring our communities remain safe and pleasant places to live.
We look forward to working alongside Futures Housing Group again in the future (no pun intended!).
