CAP Bollard Art Project Now on Display in Belgrave

We are pleased to announce that the CAP Bollard Cover Project, led by PC 1327 Thomas, is now proudly on display throughout the Belgrave community.

This project has been delivered in partnership with Turning Point, with Community Gujarati Lead Worker Nimesha playing a key role. The design work you’ll see on the bollards was created by Nimesha herself, working closely alongside PC Thomas to bring the concept to life.

These vibrant covers aim to celebrate community partnership, raise awareness, and spark positive conversations across the neighbourhood.
