Community Engagement – Valley Beat Team

Officers from the Valley Beat Team visited Belton Primary School as part of the pupils’ learning on the theme Busy Lives, Busy People.

PCSO Nicola Russell delivered a talk to the class, providing an overview of the role of a Police Officer and the ways in which we work to keep our communities safe.

The pupils particularly enjoyed the opportunity to sit in the Police truck, with the demonstration of the emergency sirens proving especially popular. 🚓

A big thank you to the Hedgehogs class for making us feel very welcome during our visit.
