Dear Resident, 

Neighbourhood Update – Speed Operation on Walton Way, Mountsorrel

This morning we carried out a speed monitoring operation on Walton Way, Mountsorrel, following concerns raised by a local resident about vehicles travelling at excessive speeds.

During the 30‑minute check, 77 vehicles were monitored. The results were as follows:

All vehicles were found to be travelling below the posted speed limit.

We will continue to monitor the area and work with the community to address any further concerns. Thank you to the resident who brought this to our attention—your reports help us target our activity where it’s needed.
