Drug Drivers on Diseworth Road |

As part of routine patrols this evening, officers from the #ValleyBeatTeam came across two badly parked vehicles blocking the crash gate on Diseworth Road.
On speaking with the drivers, there was a rather funky smell coming from one of the vehicles. As a result, officers from our Safer Streets and Response Teams assisted and 3 bags of cannabis were seized.
Further to this, the driver was arrested for being in charge of a motor vehicle whilst under the influence of drugs.
Whilst people continue to engage in illegal activities on Diseworth Road, we will continue to tackle it head on.
