Theft From Motor vehicle

Dear Abbey Ward ,

We are again seeing an increase in reports of theft from motor vehicle including theft of number plates.

Here is a reminder of some steps you can take to make your vehicle less of a target…

If possible park your vehicle on your driveway

Consider installing cctv and security if covering your own property

If this is not possible then try to park in a well lit area overlooked by houses

Remove valuables from your vehicle

Leave your vehicle locked and secure

Consider anti theft screws to secure your number plates

Please report any suspicious activity to us as it happens , if we are free we will come to check it out as soon as we can.
