Arrested

 Good Morning.

Officers responded to a business premises on Queens Road last night after a report of a potential burglary in progress. Two males fled the scene and were detained shortly after. One male was subsequently arrested for a separate offence. Investigation and enquiries are ongoing.  

The premises was visited this morning and there was no sign of tampered doors or damage to the premises. The vigilance of the community led to a swift resolution and disrupted a crime in progress. Throughout the winter months we are hoping to  step up patrols and visibility in the heart of the Clarendon Park area. We would be grateful for any further information to be passed to us if something doesn't sit right.
