Op Sceptre

The 17th - 23rd of November marks the start of Op Sceptre which is a week long campaign focusing Knife crime. 

During this time the Bardon Beat Team will be engaging with residents, community groups and local retailers focusing on the carrying and selling of knives.

We will also look to include visits to some of our local schools and completing test purchasing operations at local shops and retailers.

There will also be am number of amnesty bins located throughout the County where knives can be dropped off for safe destruction.
