South Leicester Police - Halloween/Bonfire Night Update.

Dear South Leicester Resident.

You are receiving this message as you reside on the area covered by the Freemen Police beat team.

Halloween and Bonfire Night have now passed and although there was an increase in calls made to us around this time, I am happy to report that the celebrations have passed without and major incidents, damage, or injury on the Freemen area. 

Over the course of last 10 days officers from the wider policing area and the local team have been out on dedicated patrols with the aim of deterring and preventing issues. 

I hope you all enjoyed either trick or treating, having displays of fireworks at home or at any of the local events.

Thank you to everyone that celebrated sensibly and safely.
