Good Evening Rutland 👋🏻 , The last three evenings have been rather busy on the beat, here's a round up of some of the things that have been done-
- Assisted with area searches for a vulnerable missing child, we're happy to report the child was found safe and well and all safeguarding paperwork has been completed 🖋️ .
- Attended North Luffenham fireworks display as part of an ongoing operation to ensure the safety of members of the public during firework displays 🎆.
- Foot patrols around Oakham and Uppingham, it was lovely to speak to so many happy residents in both towns 👣 .
- Attended the A1 to assist PC McKinnon with a road traffic accident, happy to report everyone was safe and the vehicles were recovered 🚗 .
- Multiple safeguarding meetings with local partner agencies, these are key to our role and protecting vulnerable people. PCSO Beth and I are now heading into our rest days however PC Melissa and PC McKinnon are on for the course of the next few evenings, stay safe and we will back on duty before we know it!
