Hello Resident,
We hope you are well. Here is an update regarding crime and Police activity in Burbage this week.
Reported Crime and Appeals
Patrols, Police Activity and local engagement
Further police activity including stop check/search on Higham way. We have also been completing work with Hinckley council regarding neighbour disputes and safeguarding concerns. We are also completing work around isolated youth related anti-social behaviour.
Patrols ongoing around local parks including Britannia fields, Tilton Road, Rugby Road and Hinckley Road Park
We have also been spending time completing work in relation to the car thefts, burglary and other suspicious activity that occurred over the 5th, 6th and 7th of July.
Crime prevention and issues to be aware of
I have attached the crime prevention catalogue where you can find very useful items sold at cost, such as window alarms, fence spikes and PIR alarms. PLEASE consider your home security before you go on holiday and get in touch if we can be of any support with this. Darren.stretton@Leics.police.uk
Thank you and take care.
