Today local officers PC 4175 WHITTAKER and PC 1035 GLOVER have been completing speeding checks in the following locations. 

STATION ROAD, BROUGHTON ASTLEY 

COVENTRY ROAD, BROUGHTON ASTLEY 

MAIN STREET, FROLESWORTH 

MAIN STREET, ULLESTHORPE 

BROOKFIELD WAY, LUTTERWORTH 

LUTTERWORTH ROAD, GILMORTON. 

Most vehicles were complying with the speed limits, Around 170 vehicles were checked and from them two drivers will be reported for speeding due to travelling in excess of 40MPH in a 30MPH zone.
