FREE 'Thringstone Youth Group'

People Zones are proud to present the 'Thringstone Youth Group' at the Thringstone Members Centre, every Thursday!!

Youth Provision was raised as an issue in our original research, and in a recent survey with local children and young people aged 7-16-years-old, 98% said that they want to see "an indoor space to hang out"

So here it is!! The sessions, hosted by Super Star Sport, and in partnership with North West Leicestershire District Council, "offer young people a warm, safe space to go… The time can also be used to do homework or reading, as some young people may find it challenging to do this at home"

Alongside seeing friends, there'll be the opportunity to play games, do arts and crafts, listen to music, as well as learn about issues that they might be vulnerable to from a variety of community experts
