🚨 Operation Sceptre – Knife Arch Deployment in Coalville 🚨

Today, officers carried out a knife arch operation at the Belvoir Centre, Coalville, as part of our ongoing Operation Sceptre week — a national initiative focused on tackling knife crime and raising public awareness.

During the operation:

•            A youth was detained for carrying a small knife. 🔪 

•            Another youth was found in possession of cannabis. 🥬 

•            A further male was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply. ❗ 

•            Another individual was detained for harassment of the public and causing damage inside a shop. ❗ 

These individuals are currently in custody while officers carry out further enquiries.
