Bardon Beat Priorities Update

Good afternoon,

Bardon Beat has had a busy week this week working on the Beat Priorities.

Off Road Motorbikes  -  We have completed multiple high visibility patrols this week to tackle the off road bikes causing ASB.  We have also used other tactics in a slightly more covert way!  This has enabled us to obtain some information which we are now currently looking to progress that may lead to identifying some of those involved.  All in all a good week!!

ASB in Greenhill and Agar Nook - At the beginning of the quarter when we set the beat priorities we were receiving calls regarding Anti Social Behaviour.  Through the work that has been completed around this in identifying individuals, then visiting families, we have noticed a significant reduction in calls being made to us concerning ASB.

Road Safety and Parking - School parking patrols have been completed at various schools this week.  There are still issues regarding school parking at drop off and pick up times!!  We have dealt with a number of drivers who have parked inappropriately or unsafely and reminded them of their duty of car for other road users and the consequences their actions may have.  We will continue to monitor this!!

Hope you all have a good and safe week!!
