In line with our beat priorities PC 1389 has been checking on the compliance of the weight limit in Albert Village again this morning. A vehicle which was a fully articulated lorry and had no legitimate reason to be in the weight restricted zone was stopped and dealt with.

It was also noted that the signage on Main Street at the start of the weight limit zone is obstructed by tree growth and this has been reported to Leicestershire Highways to rectify.
