Good Afternoon,

We received a report of 4 suspicious youths in Copinsay Close yesterday 19/04 at approx 20.15 -20 30 hrs? All riding what's believed to be large and ‘new’ motorbikes, far too large for them.

The youths were approx 16-17 yrs old, wearing black balaclava's and no helmets.

We have received reports of who we believe to be the same youths around Wykin.
