I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Road Safety - Other (eg electric bikes and scooters), which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey. Today after a local resident on Cheltenham Road reported a vehicle being parked fully on a pavement and possibly abandoned, checks on the vehicle were taken and it was established that this vehicle had no tax, no insurance and was also notified off road. This vehicle was seized and removed from the location. Don't forget that anyone can report vehicles to the DVLA and council if they discover the vehicle has no TAX, or MOT and the clampers can be notified by the relevant authorities and clamped and removed.
