A main concern that we are actively dealing with is a man who has been knocking doors in the vicinity of Knighton and Clarendon Park who has been dubbed “The Cap Man”. We have all the details of the perpetrator and we would like to encourage anyone who has concerns or has had a visit from him to report via: Report | Leicestershire Police
